did you know...earlier this year amy lau and maya romanoff created a couture interior space that was inspired by the colors and culture of africa? this collection is available at bergdorf goodman in nyc (on the 7th floor), and below are images of this collaboration. this blended vision was curated by amy for maya romanoff's 40th anniversary. it is the first time ever MR has had a retail collection of throws and pillows. aren't these just yummy? jolene.
it is such a strong statement to have undulating patterns on the ceiling. i think it works perfectly with the design intent and also because they are backlit. lighting always has a powerful voice when it comes to design.
