friday, you're finally here. with open arms. i have to say yesterday was quite possibly one of the weirdest days for domicile id. amanda and i had a little issue with one of our furniture companies; if we could grade them, they would get an F- in customer service, even since the beginning of our relationship. every time we call them (yes, we are calling them...they are not calling us to let us know when our furniture is in) they ask us to spell our name. people. our company is a real word. it's not made up. we're not THAT smart. and whenever we stop by, they look at us as though we were first time customers. so bizarre. hello. there are two of us. we go everywhere together. it's easy to keep track of us that way--we are actually doing YOU a favor by traveling in a pair. anyway, we found it to be so humorous that good customer service is hard to come by in all aspects of life. especially when that is your j.o.b. c'mon america, let's get it together.
with yesterday now behind me and the above rant now off of my chest, i felt the need to relax with a quaint, little dwell.com mid century modern home. it always hits the spot. that and country music. how much are you loving these colors? especially the first picture of the living room. this makes the stress of the broken promises of my job well worth it. jolene.
