one of the interesting things about living near los angeles is finding out neat factoids about past and present "local" residents. i have driven by the chaplin home many times in the past and didn't find out until a couple of weeks ago that it was actually his home. a friend of mine who lives in the area clued me in!! i'm glad to see that it's has been so well taken care of! love it. would love to see inside sometime. xo amanda
a few things have changed in the last 80 or so years! the massive porte cochere and second story entrance has been removed and remodeled.
love that string of lights. i'm sure it's enchanting at night.
