so it's that time of year. gift giving. decorating. and making yummy desserts with your loved ones. typically i stick with cookies. they seem obvious, but are very easy, so that's where my sweet spot is. this year i started to think outside of the box and had a gingerbread home in mind. then, i heard from a friend that there are eichler gingerbread houses. well, googling that did not bode well, but at least i found some great images of these from years past. check out these creative eichler inspired houses for the holidays. it truly takes me back to the days of building models in college. *tear* jolene.
