answer: mid century modern design. question: what is my favorite design style? i find myself always going back to this era when i'm in a pinch and not sure what to select for a project. i think as a designer it's perfectly fine to have a style that makes your world go round. that said, i was looking on the internet (shocker) for fun, simple restaurants in the land of europe. i came across this little gem called noma in denmark. at this lovely little place they create authentic nordic cuisine, which i'm not necessarily sure what that entails, but i'm sure it's super fantastic. i mean just look at this place. rustic, old, new, and communal. all wrapped into one. i think that when domicile takes a trip to denmark, this will be on our list. jolene.
