franz kline was an abstract painter from nyc. he is most known for his black and white paintings, which i love. his work is slightly similar to motherwell, one of amanda's post last week. i am feeling a theme here. we are trying to determine art in my condo, and i think we've found something. when i find myself going back to a certain style, i realize that's what i truly want and not to fight it. so, amanda, if you are reading this, let's get some motherwell/kline in this condo of mine. jolene.
