i had a chance to walk through this better shelter property a few weeks ago and i must say, i absolutely fell in love. it has such a great floor plan, all the rooms are spacious and the architectural detailing is spot on. plus the balcony added onto the front living room = super cute. AND it has an additional rental property. bonus. since i can't buy it right now. you should! xo amanda
