4 truly inspiring bedrooms using dark grey

Wow...already 68 comments on this post to  win Holly's fabulous new book. It's nice to know you're out there cheeky monkeys!
Bon OK, I have to admit, writing about Xmas gift guides to push the BODIE and FOU collection is not what excites me the most and it may not be that exciting for you either. I think most of you knows by now that I'm behind this online concept store but at the same time, it has to be done so I think next year, I may get someone else to do this for me.

However, what really fires me up is telling you about new things we've added and thinking about our new 2013 collection and Spring/Summer catalogue 2013. I have about 40% of the collection already mapped out in my head and I can't wait to go to Paris in January to finalise it.
Yesterday, we received new two hues for our bed linen collection.
The first one is this beautiful dark grey stonewashed linen duvet cover - now online.
The second one is a gorgeous summery blue (similar to the blue of this dress) which I'll take to France soon, as Francois and I will start styling and shooting our Spring/Summer catalogue 2013 just after Christmas.

So here are four truly inspiring bedrooms using dark grey. The third one was styled in my home but I'm in love with the first and second one. Which one do you prefer?

{Thank you for leaving a comment. Reading them always makes me very happy}

Black, white & Red Christmas decoration

Have you started decorating your Christmas tree?
Mila and I did ours last weekend (you can see more photos on Instagram) and it will be a white & silver affair  for us in London.
Since Lucas bite and broke all our baubles last year, I had to re-stock and for our entrance door, Mila picked up a very nice red berry wreath.
I have to admit I wasn't sure it would work on our pink door but it is twice this week, my daughter proves me wrong and I think it looks gorgeous on our door and our mantelpiece.
What do you think?

Happy thoughts for the weekend...

What are you up to this weekend?
For me, it will be a little run with Lucas, some shopping with my mum (I would love to take her to Islington), diner with friends tonight and hopefully some sewing tomorrow.

This week I loved....

Being pampered by Jo and photographed by Victoria Birkinshaw for RED magazine ! You can see behind-the-scene photos on Instagram. I'll feature in their Feb issue to discuss Interior trends for 2013.

These pretty fonts (and free) spotted on La Mariée Aux Pieds Nus

These gorgeous sheep skins from Mechant Design

These eco-friendly, animal free-testing soaps

Reading The Simple Things magazine (issue 3 is now in kiosk and I love it!)

Have a great weekend!

Julia x 3 | Styling from last week

Gee...that was a busy day! Good news is that our decorative animal heads got featured in Daily Candy, and the Circus print is back in stock.
Those who follow me on Instagram know that last week Francois and I were shooting the new Clare Vivier clutch collection with Julia...
Yes that Julia....the slim, beautiful, long shiny hair, funny, big-mouth Julia!!
First, I would like to say that I'm still madly in love with this oversize clutch bag which I had in blue last year but then I went to see my sister in Paris and she begged me so much that I ended up giving it to her to keep her quiet but the more I look how good it looks on this photo, the more I want it.
Second...well, after putting the BODIE and FOU work stuff to bed, we played a bit and here is the result...Hope you like it!

Happy Halloween | Kids

Mila and I are flying back to London this afternoon. I would have loved to stay longer with her but my beloved sister is arriving in London tonight and Mila is really looking forward to celebrating Halloween with her friends. Life goes on, doesn't it ?!
Francois and I took these photos last September. It's crazy how Mila looks so grown-up on these with my shoes.
Like the polar bears, we've been overwhelmed by orders for this tutu but we are trying to get more before Xmas. Nothing is guaranteed. On a positive note, we will soon add a new tutu in charcoal grey which is really beautiful

Here are 5 Halloween treats for your home
