Our first trip was Friday and it was Fabulous.

Being organized and having an action plan was essential.

We set out to find specific upholstery pieces the client was looking for.  Choosing style, colors, fabrics and trims. 

A checklist was completed before we set out and pocketbook ready for purchasing. 

Mission accomplished.

"Going To Market" is a great option for the serious buyer.  It's not a trip to get ideas, it's to get the job done.

Looking Forward to the Weekend

As my busy Friday winds down, I think about what the weekend brings.  

I cannot stop thinking about the Golden Cabochon bracelet in kelly green I spotted in my JCrew catalog that I received in the mail this week.  

It would look so wonderful with my green dress that's on my Mad Men Avatar I created.  Along with the green Attache bag from JC Crew.

I do need to catch up on some paperwork over the weekend.  How lovely would those Jonathan Adler file folders be to organize my paperwork.

A chair I had reupholstered for a client in Kestrel - Pool from Fabricut, must delivered tomorrow.

Along with some catching up, I have to relax a little too.  I cannot go the weekend without seeing any Mad Men shows I may have missed!

I look forward to what the lovely Spring, green weekend has to bring.

Ballard Designs offers the Courbe Ottoman in just about 100 different fabric options. You can send your own fabric for a lovely "custom" piece. Ranging in price $149-$309, very affordable for a designer look!

This pale soft fabric is one of my favorite choices.

I could put one to two ottomans in just about every room I design.
