Finding inspiration is such a big part of design.
I found inspiration in this lovely little set from Heath Ceramics.
If I was designing a Living Room these are some furniture pieces, fabrics and accessories that would make the room.
This comfy Breaker Sofa from CR Laine is a great starting point. Neutral and easy to add colors and patterns. Easy to switch out when change is in store.
A few beautiful fabrics perfect for pillows on the sofa.
I love the height of this Stiletto chair by CR Laine, great additional seating, pulling the intended design colors and pattern. Perhaps a pair of these chairs? With this India Side Table in between the two chairs.
A pair of Bailey ottomans from CR Laine serve as the coffee table.
Enough seating is necessary with the Blix Arm Chair from Hickory Chair. This chair can easily be moved around the room, wherever needed. Pulled into the seating area for a cocktail party or sitting with one of my absolute favorite pieces by Hickory Chair, the Hallings Secretary. If I could put this piece in every home I work on I would!
This Mercer Bench is another versatile piece with many functions. Pushed against the wall will a large piece of artwork above it or these beautiful Magnolia platters and bowls in Ivory filling the wall.
I have shown this Anderson Wing Chair from Williams Sonoma before.
I just love this Global Views Ottoman sitting next to the chair.
What a great Shade to hang as a Pendant Light this this beautiful Living Room.
Perfect, behind the sofa, is this Taylor chest. Great storage and gorgeous to look at. Sitting on top of the chest are these lit Cylinder Vases from Global Views. Great height, decorative and a nice light source.
To pull the Sofa seating area together, an area rug from Surya, Rain (RAI-1049).
In another area of the Living Room is one more small seating area. Two Simon Chairs from CR Laine.
With a Lancaster Side table in between. Sitting on the side table is this beautiful Petal Lamp by Jan Showers.
I just love this Trapunto Tray from Global Views with etched glass bar ware sitting in the tray.
Metro Decanters and Double Old Fashioned bar ware from Global Views.
Walls are covered in Wedgwood Gray HC-147 Benjamin Moore.
All of this from a little inspiration.
